The new code-signed installer makes deployment faster and more secure, with support for in-place upgrades that preserve your existing configuration and data. Administrators can now configure authentication, secure connections, mobile access and database settings during installation, helping reduce manual setup and system downtime.
Enhanced audit tools give you greater confidence when managing record changes. You can review a form’s history and restore a record to an earlier state while maintaining a complete audit trail. Performance improvements also make large histories quicker to load, while automated cleanup helps control database growth over time.
Centric’s mobile experience now supports more of your day-to-day workflows. You can view, correct and resubmit faulted records directly from embedded grids, apply required-field validation and use more complex filters. Safer record selection and configurable server connections also make mobile data entry more reliable across different environments.
The release also improves scheduled dashboard reporting, date filtering, embedded analytics layouts and REST-based CSV and JSON ingestion. A new Like/Contains filter makes information easier to find, while updates to the Excel plugin and fixes for upgrades, authentication and history maintenance provide a more dependable experience throughout Centric.
