LandTracker Vanilla Slice introduces more flexible view organisation, calculated Asset Template columns and automated dependent actions, alongside powerful filtering, richer alerts and a refreshed interface.
You can now organise views across three levels—modules, categories and individual views—to make information easier to navigate. LandTracker automatically categorises system views, while custom views can be assigned to relevant categories, and administrators can enable or disable grouping through Application Settings. Asset Templates also support calculated columns defined with Word endnotes, using fields, arithmetic, logical expressions and a broad range of date, string and numeric functions. These values recalculate automatically whenever their source data changes.
Action management is now more flexible and automated. Completing an action can automatically trigger a dependent on-demand action, with configurable deadline offsets, duplicate prevention and links back to the source action for reliable scheduling and traceability. Action Definition preconditions can also combine multiple fields, calculations, comparison and logical operators, functions, wildcard matching, LIKE, CONTAINS and OR conditions, while existing simple preconditions remain supported. The new Is Not Member Of condition lets you exclude actions for assets in specified groups, and separate processing for Prospecting Licences and Special Prospecting Licences allows you to apply different rules where required.
Filtering and administration enhancements help you work more accurately and consistently. The data-grid filter language now supports NOT LIKE, with the <> operator providing wildcard-based negative matching so you can exclude values containing specified text. Templates, Action Definitions and Recurring Actions must now be created through their applicable import workflows, helping prevent incomplete definitions and related errors. Northern Territory Asset Templates and Action Definitions have also been updated to reflect amendments to the Mining Act, while the Western Australian graticular-block approximation used by Approximate Area in Hectares has increased from 280 hectares to 310 hectares.
