This major release for Reconcilor brings you planning metrics on the Continuum and improvements to the display of data on the Material Movement and several other screens.
In the Continuum, planning metrics can now be configured to appear alongside model, dispatch, plant, and shipping metrics. These metrics include a calendar icon to differentiate between actual and planned values.
The Material Movement screen has been improved to display source, movement, and destination material types. These columns are hidden by default but you can show them as needed. Lithology types are also now available in the same format. Abbreviations will be used where set up; otherwise, full names will be displayed.
The Pivot View screen now retrieves data based on the active model or plan for a selected date range if no block model name or mine plan name is chosen as a dimension. You can still retrieve data from inactive models or plans by adding the block model name or mine plan name as a dimension, allowing for selection of specific model versions through a custom filter.
Quick Links have been updated to ensure the period selector dynamically updates if the browser is left open overnight. Quick links will only display their effective period once an apply action is taken, and approval-based or survey-based quick link entries are now always visible, even if they trigger error messages when not mapping to a valid period.
The Mining Analysis and Crusher Feed screens now have improved colouring logic for waterfall charts. If a plan is selected, the colours reflect deviations from planned values. If no plan is selected, columns are coloured based on the primary grouping option, such as material type. Some grouping options without associated colour configurations will remain grey.
The Spatial Analysis module has been enhanced with a new Relative Level filter setting. Administrators can now set which Location Type (for example, bench or flitch) should be used for this filter. The label for Relative Level will be replaced with the name of the specified Location Type to better match the site’s location hierarchy.
About Reconcilor
Reconcilor enables mine operators to reconcile their reserve estimates and predicted versus actual production from geological model to commodity production. Reconcilor delivers rigorous and systematic analyses of resource factors across the mine value chain that drive continuous improvement to obtain better geological and grade estimates, more accurate mining predictions, improved recoveries, maximisation of the resource, and reduction in risk due to unexpected metal loss. Used by managers, geologists, metallurgists, and engineers, this comprehensive solution includes geological model reconciliation, built-in data validation, intuitive analysis features, and comprehensive reporting. By automating data imports and validation, Reconcilor enables early detection of data issues, supports informed decision-making, and ultimately helps to lower costs and increase profitability.
