AssayNet LIMS 4 version 4.3 is the biggest upgrade to AssayNet LIMS in 25 years, introducing a completely redesigned browser-based interface along with powerful new tools for data management, visualisation, integration, and access control.
This major release delivers a modern, clean, and intuitive browser-based interface, removing the need for full installations on individual machines. Instead, the system is hosted on a central server, with only a lightweight connector required to enable communication between your lab instruments and the web interface. This shift greatly simplifies both deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Across all screens, you’ll now find enhanced filtering capabilities, making it faster and easier to locate the data you need. Whether you’re managing batches, reviewing workflows, or tracking samples, the new interface helps streamline your daily tasks and improves system usability.
This release also includes built-in QC graphs, giving you an instant view of quality control performance. These visual tools help you quickly identify trends, spot potential issues, and maintain compliance with lab standards. In addition, a new graphical dashboard provides a real-time overview of lab activity, allowing you to monitor sample throughput and workflow status at a glance.
AssayNet LIMS 4 now features direct integration with Datamine Fusion through a new Fusion API. You can export data directly from LIMS to Fusion without manual handling or third-party tools, ensuring a more seamless connection between your lab and geological systems.
Finally, a redesigned security model gives you more precise control over user access and roles. This makes it easier to manage permissions and align the system with your organisation’s internal protocols and compliance requirements.
