Reconcilor’s latest release brings powerful enhancements to improve reconciliation workflows, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
One of the most anticipated features is the new Global Reconciliation Comparisons menu, which centralises comparison settings across various modules. Users can now define and manage reconciliation metrics such as tonnes, attributes, and metal, all from one convenient location. This enhancement allows for consistent and transparent performance comparisons across different operational stages.
The update also introduces customised colours for data visualisation across the Continuum, Model Comparison, and Pivot View screens. These consistent visuals make it easier to monitor performance trends, spot outliers, and quickly interpret complex data.
Stockpile management is a crucial aspect of the mining value chain, and Reconcilor’s enhanced stockpile analysis feature provides deeper insights into material movement. Users now have access to more flexible data filtering options on the Crusher Feed screen, allowing for tailored views and improved decision-making.
To help users detect and respond to performance deviations sooner, we’ve added the ability to define Comparison Tolerances and Control Limits. This feature allows users to set control limits, configure comparison styles, and adjust decimal places according to specific operational needs. Early identification of performance issues is now easier, allowing for faster corrective actions and more efficient operations.
The release also introduces a Material and Lithology Group Management feature, giving users the flexibility to create and assign groups. This makes it easier to manage and track material and lithology changes throughout the mining process, providing clearer oversight of ore movement and reconciliation.
About Reconcilor
Reconcilor enables mine operators to reconcile their reserve estimates and predicted versus actual production from geological model to commodity production. Reconcilor delivers rigorous and systematic analyses of resource factors across the mine value chain that drive continuous improvement to obtain better geological and grade estimates, more accurate mining predictions, improved recoveries, maximisation of the resource, and reduction in risk due to unexpected metal loss. Used by managers, geologists, metallurgists, and engineers, this comprehensive solution includes geological model reconciliation, built-in data validation, intuitive analysis features, and comprehensive reporting. By automating data imports and validation, Reconcilor enables early detection of data issues, supports informed decision-making, and ultimately helps to lower costs and increase profitability.
