LandTracker Udon Public Release

EXPLORATION-LandTracker-Udon

One of the most notable additions in LandTracker Udon is the integration of Western Australia’s Wardens Court data into the platform. Users can now import this data into both the Agreements and Tenements modules, allowing for automated actions based on hearing dates and the creation of custom workflows. The Agreements module enables seamless management of court hearing dates, reducing the risk of missed deadlines. Meanwhile, the Tenements module adds a Wardens Court tab to the asset browser, simplifying the creation of ad hoc actions based on court listings. For those involved in due diligence, the data streamlines auditing processes, further improving efficiency.

The release also includes the new Copy to Parent feature, allowing users to transfer data between assets across modules. This functionality is particularly useful for maintaining consistency in holder information between tenements and agreements.

Users will also benefit from enhanced alert options, which now support report attachments in spreadsheet format, simplifying administrative tasks. Refine your reporting processes by customising what is included in the spreadsheet report from the Alerts screen.

Other improvements focus on increasing flexibility and control within LandTracker. New filters, such as the “Incomplete due next 12 months”, enable better tracking of pending actions, ensuring no important tasks are overlooked. Additionally, the introduction of custom fields with LinkedRow functionality and enhanced validation for orphaned records offer users greater control over their data.
