Reconcilor 9.10 delivers a major upgrade focused on usability, data integrity, and flexibility of analysis across the mining value chain.
A key new feature in this version is the Embedded Analysis, which lets you host dashboards from analytics and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau within Reconcilor. This helps centralise reporting and eliminates the need to switch between platforms.

The Data Approval workflow has been extended to handle approvals at both global and site levels, improving traceability and control over key datasets. Updates to the Continuum screen introduce a more adaptive layout, clearer label display, and new controls for selecting visible metrics—making it easier to work with complex comparison data. The Grade Block screen has also been enhanced, with more accurate block percentage calculations based on volume, and grouped model totals to support quicker and more informative model comparisons.
This release includes a range of improvements to better tailor data analysis to site-specific processes. The Mining Analysis screen offers a new Mine Production Categories grouping option, allowing you to visualise data in line with your site’s mine planning approach. The Mining Compliance Chart has been refined for clearer alignment between planned and actual mining. Data from the Mining Analysis and Crusher Feed screens can now be exported directly to Excel, including plan compliance metrics. To make reporting more flexible, calendar quick filters now include financial year–to–date or month-to-yesterday reporting periods.

Reconcilor’s user interface and support experience have also been enhanced with usability in mind. The Data Overview screen now brings approval status visibility across periods and locations into a single view, helping you review progress more efficiently. In addition, you can now access context-specific help content—including videos and detailed documentation—via embedded links to the Datamine Docs website, making it easier to learn and troubleshoot directly from the Reconcilor application.
This release also includes a broad set of performance and reliability improvements. Fixes span key modules like Data Health, Pivot View, and the Continuum, resolving issues with sorting, filtering, and configuration behaviour. These updates ensure a smoother user experience across the platform and reinforce Reconcilor’s role as a trusted tool for mine reconciliation and reporting.
About Reconcilor
Reconcilor enables mine operators to reconcile their reserve estimates and predicted versus actual production from geological model to commodity production. Reconcilor delivers rigorous and systematic analyses of resource factors across the mine value chain that drive continuous improvement to obtain better geological and grade estimates, more accurate mining predictions, improved recoveries, maximisation of the resource, and reduction in risk due to unexpected metal loss. Used by managers, geologists, metallurgists, and engineers, this comprehensive solution includes geological model reconciliation, built-in data validation, intuitive analysis features, and comprehensive reporting. By automating data imports and validation, Reconcilor enables early detection of data issues, supports informed decision-making, and ultimately helps to lower costs and increase profitability.
