CCLAS EL Mobile is an extension of CCLAS EL and allows users to track samples via an Android mobile device.
The CCLAS EL Mobile app allows seamless communication with the CCLAS EL database over the internet via HTTPS, ensuring secure data transmission. Only authorised devices and users can connect and register for CCLAS EL Mobile, thanks to robust authorisation protocols using Azure AD B2C and CCLAS EL authorisation. Users can now download configuration data directly from the CCLAS EL database, facilitating smoother operations.
The update also introduces offline capabilities for logging in and sample tracking, making it easier to manage samples in various environments. Users can create collections of tracked samples for specific locations and actions, scan QR codes for sample identification, and validate samples against tracking actions. Additionally, users can enter and review attribute values for tracked samples and transmit selected collections and their attribute values back to the CCLAS EL database. To cater to a wider audience, the interface is now available in both English and Spanish.
