Production Accounting 2.1.0 introduces targeted improvements across the user interface, Active Directory integration, and readiness for translation and localisation support.
In the modern logsheet interface, live updates now apply to text comment cells as well as numeric and audit data. Changes to text comments display without a manual refresh, for a more intuitive data entry experience. Audit and quarantine event times are also shown in your local time zone on commonly used screens, making it easier for geographically distributed teams to interpret and review events.
A key enhancement in this release is greater flexibility in how Active Directory user information displays in application logs and audit records. You can now align user name display with site conventions for improved traceability across the system, particularly in complex or multi-site environments.
To enable future localisation, the Configuration Editor now supports Unicode and several configuration screens have been prepared for translation. These changes lay the groundwork for broader language coverage in future releases.
This release also includes fixes for issues with truncation in the Calculation Tracer output and validation of discrete unit IDs and group names.
